Pros
It's located in a grocery store, so you get to see the same familiar faces and get to know some people, it's also an opportunity to work on a potential sale as you follow up with the same customer on a frequent basis. Only place to get PC mobile plans, which used to be great but now are comparable to the rest of the providers. Colleagues from current locations and locations across the country have always been polite and helpful.
Cons
Not as appealing as the competition, PC point are an incentive, but Costco mobile always offers better deals, and other competition also offers similar incentives. Performance depends greatly on location. Some locations are excellent, other's don't do so well (it's not just the staff). Upper management began micro-management strategies to ensure that staff are working, since they blame staff for poor sales, but these tactics haven't shown any positive results yet and have only succeeded at annoying employees. Competitors also offer better sales commission.
