      Pros

      Good people, opportunities and training. Lots of projects to work on.

      Cons

      Bad pay and benefits Shady HR practices (contracts, bonus structure, treatment of students/interns) Management can’t see past their own opinions Management unwilling to accept accountability for their role in negative outcomes Chronically underquotes timelines and overpromises with clients Bottom heavy (lots of junior staff hitting experience walls quickly with not enough intermediate/senior staff to mentor and develop them) People often get pulled off of projects onto others before seeing things through.

      First off, reviewers 3 and 4 are definitely management lol!! Nobody who works here would give 5 stars and it smells like a fake one so take those with a grain of salt. Its also something management would do. Second, it's true what reviewers 1 and 2 say. They are mainly accurate. Pros: -good people -good experience

      -bad management -low pay -bad HR services -DISHONEST treatment
