Pros
Start Up environment which means a junior software engineer has a lot to do therefore alot to learn! The current management is superb, We have a hands on CEO that is super involved but yet gives the employees space to be innovative and productive. The RnD Manager Is Also Super Experienced And Is An Excellent Leader. Overall great company to work for!
Cons
The managers are starting to be spread too thin. As In All Electrical Design Automation Companies we use some old systems and infrastructures that might not be too relevant in other fields (what we do is a bit niche). The pay is a bit under the market range which is to be expected in a startup,this however comes with alot of flexibility so its balanced.
