Most people are good to work with. Have some snacks.

Cons

No training, no help offered. Senior sales leadership is terrible, no communication, cutthroat culture, product is behind the competition.

Talented people, great leaders and mentors, empowered employees, industry-leading products and services, and an unbelievable culture that you will have a hard time finding anything better in the marketplace.

Cons

The only downside I can think of when it comes to OptConnect is the fact that I didn't find them sooner in my career path. Seriously an incredible place to work!
