      Staff are passionate about teaching and students Staff are friendly Executive Director has great vision

      Cons

      High staff turnover rate Staff wear too many hats which lead to unproductive outcomes. There is no reason for a teacher to also be an advisor and a coordinator. No janitor No receptionist Not good Benefits Low pay
