      OSI is a highly ethical place to work We care a lot about our customers, co-workers, and the world that we live in. It is really cool to see that we can take the high road in our work. OSI cares about work/life balance, and compensates well. We get to work with really interesting software

      OSI can be an intense, challenging place to work.

      Pros

      I genuinely love working at OSI. The work that I do is fun, and the culture here is positive. There's a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work/life balance, there's low turnover, and we're growing at an appropriate pace - not too fast, and not too slowly. The workload is manageable and not overwhelming. I genuinely feel supported and appreciated every day that I'm here. I feel valued and respected. There is nowhere else I'd rather be.

      Cons

      Some people dislike the amount of structure and formality we have. Coming from a company that was in essence a free-for-all, I find this structure refreshing.

      They have a concept called Timesheet where the entire executive team looks like at a regular basis
