Decent Compensation and fast paced environment

Depending on the division, the health insurance is reasonable. No other pros. Very busy and fast-paced environment. Minimal support from management. Starting pay is decent, however, pay increases are minimal, depending on who you are. Additional help is not provided, when requested. Employees have minimal to no say. Expect to work a lot of hours with no recognition - employment is not worth it if an exempt employee who is not eligible for overtime. Company is ran by attorneys and they make (and delay) all decisions. Decisions made by the company management team is questionable and not always ethical.
