A 90s company

Pros

Get bonuses (although small amount) even if you don’t hit target. If you’re a high performer, you will not enjoy extra benefits. If you’re good at wayang, this is the place for you. Good experience if you would like to see how people in the olden days work, it makes you understand your parents point of view better.

Cons

Company runs like a 90s company where management don’t want to talk to you if you’re lower than them. Bosses only talk to bosses. Middle management just wayang and take credit for your work. If you've ever wondered what it would be like to work in a large corporation from the 1990s, this company provides an authentic experience. The organization is extremely hierarchical, and many senior leaders seem to view modern management practices as a threat rather than an opportunity. Despite operating in an industry that should be innovative and exciting, there is a strong commitment to preserving the status quo at all costs. Improvement is apparently dangerous because performing too well might result in higher targets next year. Leadership is a fascinating mix of micromanagement and complete disengagement. Some managers will scrutinize insignificant details while ignoring actual business problems. Others have perfected the art of being invisible until it's time to take credit for someone else's work. Several department heads appear to believe their role extends beyond leadership and into royalty. Professional respect is expected, but what seems to earn the highest praise is personal service, unquestioning agreement, and the ability to anticipate their needs before they ask. Actual job performance often feels secondary. There is also a noticeable culture of performative leadership. Every so often, senior management emerges to mingle with frontline staff, shaking hands and making small talk as if campaigning for public office. The enthusiasm for these public appearances is unfortunately not matched by any visible interest in listening to feedback or addressing longstanding issues. Meetings can be equally entertaining. Some leaders have mastered the ability to attend a room full of employees while somehow making it clear they would rather be anywhere else. Eye contact and basic engagement appear to be optional leadership competencies. The most impressive achievement of management is maintaining a workplace culture that feels frozen in time. New ideas are treated with suspicion, challenging existing practices is discouraged, and many of the people responsible for driving change seem to have spent years ensuring that none occurs. The company has talented employees and significant potential. Unfortunately, too much energy is spent protecting egos, preserving outdated ways of working, and maintaining layers of management that add very little value. Pros: Stable environment if you enjoy predictability. Cons: The future is managed by people who seem determined to avoid it.

Ultra Toxicated Environment

Pros

Just a handful of people that treats you like human being.

Cons

Super toxicated environment created especially by outcast single losers. Top management is blind to see what’s going on. Most people there are mentally sick.
