      - Fair salary. - Placement is done within your cummunity.

      Cons

      - No salary during the vacation when we're not working, while it's fair It's still difficult being out of an income and sometimes getting a job for that short period is not possible. - the way payment is done, it throws off payment of bills, savings etc.
