They do offer a good benefit package
Cons
They speak poorly and unprofessionally about previous employees and act in a very unprofessional manner. They are fairly disrespectful towards women.

Pros
Provides a private office with a door and window for all employees and a good benefits package. Otherwise there are no other pros that come from working at On Target Performance Systems.
Cons
The management is very disorganized and does not provide enough training and resources for new employees. The workplace has a severe shortage of staff and a high turnover rate in non-management positions.
