      Lots of pizza, haha! Not that this is really a con, just a joke. They provide us with free food every Wednesday from local small businesses.

      The company culture is very positive.

      Since this is a small company there aren't as many opportunities for advancement that are available in larger companies. However, there are more opportunities to get involved in special projects compared to larger companies.

      No micromanagement Work from home Flexible schedule

      Cons

      No supports during PTO which made it difficult to take time off. Difficult behavior/negative attitudes of others was not addressed appropriately or timely. Promised promotions for years with no follow through, even after consistently outperforming goals year over year and annual discussions with management regarding advancement. Company based bonus vs. territory.
