      Lots of pizza, haha! Not that this is really a con, just a joke. They provide us with free food every Wednesday from local small businesses.

      Was able to do a remote internship, everyone was super helpful and it didn't feel like a burden asking for help.

      No place was perfect but I truly enjoyed the team that I worked on

      The company culture is very positive.

      Cons

      Since this is a small company there aren't as many opportunities for advancement that are available in larger companies. However, there are more opportunities to get involved in special projects compared to larger companies.
