Pros

Compensation is fair — not the highest in the market but reasonable, and the yearly review process is consistent. The team is made up of friendly, approachable people which makes day-to-day work enjoyable. On the tech side, the stack and practices have been steadily improving over time.

Cons

Fast-changing priorities mean you're often context-switching and long-term planning can be difficult. There's always something urgent competing for attention. More recently, there's been a heavy push towards AI tooling with expectations to rely on it over writing manual code, which won't suit everyone.

Pros

The best thing I've found in Odds Scanner is the team. There are excellent managers, the C-level team is young and energetic, and the work environment is great: challenging, diversified and always with a good mood. There is flexibility in terms of remote and on-site work depending on your preferences, however, the C-level teams have preference for on-site, so you will be pushed towards that. You'll have several perks and allowances to contribute to your health and lifestyle. To name the best, there are 40 days of holidays available per year,

Cons

The sector is very volatile, meaning that the company growth is not guaranteed and that may limit career prospects inside the company.
