      Oddbox had the most wonderful team and the most wonderful staff. The culture is great and the product is brilliant.

      Pros

      There is a reliable set of values at Oddbox; Transparent, Inclusive, Mindful, and Entrepreneurial. I can see those being lived across the company on a daily basis. The team are welcoming and open to ideas, giving people the space to be experts in their fields. It's wonderful to be given the space to learn and apply new skills to projects

      Cons

      The economic climate has been challenging and it can feel frustrating to abandon work streams when we need to pivot.
