- Great induction/sales coaching from a strong mentor who's extremely experienced in media sales - Fun and fast paced team - Extremely rewarding commissions $$ (and realistic sales targets) - Flexibility (work from home 2 days a week and in the CBD office 3 days) - Team lunches when targets are hit + fun outings with the team
Cons
As it's a relatively small team, there is quite a flat management structure so not too much opportunity for growth internally.
