      Pros

      Professional environment with real opportunities to work on meaningful US-based projects. You are assigned to a client as a contractor and the company handles the relationship so you can focus on the technical work. The culture is friendly and respectful. Payroll is always on time — never had a single issue. They provide perks and paid US holidays. When your project wraps up, they make an effort to place you on a new one.

      Cons

      No vacation days as part of the benefits package. Also, since you work as a contractor assigned to client projects, there can be a gap between when one project ends and the next one starts — so there may be some downtime without income while they find the right match.

      Pros

      Oceans culture is awesome, the people here are just the best and provide the best environment to work on. Everybody is so warm and welcoming it feels like your working with long lifetime friends.

      Cons

      From experience, I don't have much to say as a con, all manuals and guidances are in one place and everybody is there if you need any help.
