Another Facility Fallen Victim to Investment Company Slumlords
Pros
-I've met many great people working here (most are gone now) who are are great coworkers and care about the work they do/the patients they take care of. -The scheduler is a really nice person and will work with your schedule for school or if you want to request days off.
Cons
-Constant turnover at every level including management - You will probably never meet the administrator/ DON/DSD/ IP Nurse either because they'll quit in a month and or don't communicate or talk to the staff on a personal or professional level -Rarely will huddle, usually only at 7AM meaning 2nd and 3rd shift staff do not receive any relevant information regarding patient care plans, admission information. -Since company got bought out by an investment firm, corporate puppets in HR and management do nothing to protect the interests of their workers or patients -high probability you will be illegally terminated -Unsafe/illegal practices and infection management -Will run out of PPE -They will pay new hirers more than they pay existing staff and not raise wages -Terrible staffing -Near DAILY changes in the patient assignment system leading to Nurses/CNAs being confused about who they are supposed to be taking care of and exacerbating risk of infection spread -Lots of changes to benefit information -etc.
