Tight knit team Variety of work and challenges gives lots of opportunity for growth Supportive management that wants you to grow Friendly environment The list goes on, overall a great place to work
Cons
Small team leads to lots of different tasks which while that gives lots of opportunity to learn new skills it can sometimes be stressful (management does a great job mitigating it though)
