Very toxic place

Pros

The company has always promoted remote work even before the pandemic, and is still committed to allowing its staff to work from anywhere.

Cons

The job is not about your technical skills, but about whom you please. There is a lot of internal conflict and harassment, and if you don't stay on the good side of some star players you can get punished or fired.

Pros

Skilfully colleagues, IT support , remote work

Cons

The company has expanded too quickly in the last 3 years and has lost its essence. Everything now is profit, margins, revenue... You are just a pawn in the feeding machine. Development team regularly working overtime under really challenging conditions with very tight deadlines. Pressure from above and the clients is relentless and you feel there is never enough. Company is doing great for investors in terms of revenue but really neglecting employees. What a shame

Pros

Good benefits, particularly healthcare Quick moving, helpful HR

Cons

Business is shrinking since Salesforce is hypersaturated. Slapdash, short-term decisions are being made. Much downstream, this causes process chaos, resourcing issues (both lay offs and ship jumping) and a sense of angst for employees.
