-terrible management -career burnout -salaries never ever paid consistently every month like everyone around the globe -expected to work all day all night weekends for the sake of work and a nice compliment you already don't get your salary so i think you know how would it be asking for a compensation ! i warned you better lower your expectations -the place sucks the work location is not comfortable at all given the elevator that you will be stuck in between floors for many times for hours -some people who have good personal relationships with managers get more than they deserve and other don't even work -the company ceo is very aggressive with employees and he blames them for not getting their salaries on time

financially unstable ,you will never get you salary in time it can be delayed for 2 months or more They follow micro management approach in worst form so the CEO and the company owner nows every single details about every one till level of associate level of employees trying to control every thing all managers lying about every thing (salary , projects , promotions ) and rumors every where managers missing minimum level of work ethics they can call you any time of day after work or midnight and wonder how you did not take the call with very aggressive tone you have no life just work without planning to any thing, work in official holidays ,weekends there nothing called planning or software delivery methods in this company they work and deliver by pure luck ! and finally they trying to spam "Glassdoor" with fake reviews to enhance there rate
