Extreme micro-management, to the point of constant interruptions that prevent any significant workflow. Talking down to employees in an open-office and in general a very unprofessional environment. Massive work over-load (good performance = more work on your desk, with no actual reward for showing initiative). Some people at management level are on a power-trip who absolutely do not take on any feedback from employees. Expectation to put in over-time and work more than your contracted hours, with commentary how your work hours are not limited to your contracted hours. Absolutely no encouragement for a work/life balance, in addition to break times being monitored to the minute.
