Great co-workers and for aestheticism. You feel responsible for your job role unlike any MNC where you have to do just what is assigned to you. You can have freedom to add value to your work and is highly appreciated by all.

Cons

Working under GM is horrible he does not know to judge people he judges blindly and take actions like a fool.
