      No Pros.....They hired employee in contract and treat them as slaves

      Cons

      Its a trap .They can fire you any-time without any compensation..But if anyway you survived in company then you can not leave it...They threaten you to sue you in court. And don't leave you even after you leave the job..By giving wrong information to your future employers.
