- Good office space - Work from home opportunity - Good location of office/ central - Good pay - Good career opportunities for French folks

Cons

- Managers are under qualified & promoted for maintaining good relationships with higher ups - No open conversation between levels, very hierarchical - Weird conversations/ inappropriate sexual references, games during team meetings - Particular manager shows her team in bad light to cover up her inefficiencies
