Pros
It's a well known company.
Cons
No personal development. No one to ones with management. No updates to the company, except when there are redudancies. No chances of progression or improving your skills through courses. Staff in Editorial act miserable and it feels that they have no passion for their work. Shocking pay. Depressing environment.

Pretty much none, except you can work from home sometimes. And you get free newspapers. Yay.
Cons
Always advertising sales jobs, employee turnover is unbelievable. Below-average basic salary, commission statement is a lie, nobody ever achieves anywhere NEAR it as targets increase too quickly. Company car is a bottom of the range Golf. Management don't know what they're doing. Endless admin on top of admin. Low morale constantly amongst advertising team. Also, you'd think local business owners want to talk to you because its the local paper, but they don't. They hate the Nottingham Post.
