      A few cool coworkers, occasional decent discount on clothes

      Cons

      Horrible culture, owners have no clue what they're doing, it's all smoke and mirrors, they pay far below market, the company is dead broke

      friendly co-workers caring management great benefits reasonable pay, but not the top tier

      * could improve on communication between departments * better defined growth opportunities * unfortunately my position was eliminated, but I would work here again
