Everday mistakes on the orders coming out to the floor staff Material gets ordered, sits on the floor for years. No repercussions Family working for family with no accountability Unsafe working conditions in the warehouse. Shelving cluttering the walkways where safety shoes are not required for office staff People eating in the production area where there's chemicals are present Three stock room employees and you still wait hours for materials. Team leader spends most of their time on cell phone and chatting with others.
