Pros
THEY ARE SUPER FLEXIBLE and they trust us not to abuse this. Like any company, they get things wrong, but they do always try to listen to their staff and set things right. They genuinely care about us, I can't count how many times they have mentioned to take care of ourselves and our mental health first and foremost. They stand up for you. They hold fun parties (when it's not a pandemic) They buy us drinks on Fridays They try to make sure were doing what we want to do and progressing as professionals.
Cons
They get things wrong sometimes (don't we all?). Sometimes they're stubborn about process changes.
