Pros

The people here truly care about animal welfare. I joined because I love dogs, but I stayed because of the team. Everyone is supportive, willing to help, and focused on the mission rather than office politics. It's rewarding to know your efforts contribute to saving dogs that otherwise wouldn't have a chance.

Cons

As with many nonprofits, resources can sometimes be stretched when there are large rescue operations. Priorities can change quickly depending on emergencies.

Pros

I've worked with a few nonprofits before, but this is the first place where I felt like my work directly impacted animals' lives. The team genuinely cares about the dogs and everyone works hard to get them the medical care and homes they deserve. Seeing rescue updates and adoption success stories makes the long days worth it.

Cons

The work can be emotionally difficult at times, especially when rescue teams encounter severe neglect or abuse cases. Some days can also be very busy when multiple rescue projects are happening at once.
