      So much internal politics, if any strong employee is doing good then can not do because of sr HRs

      There are 4 partners and every partner has their own HR any they give importance to their HRs

      There are no perks in the company. One company has 4 partners and they each run a different team with different company in one company so don’t go if you need to grow up.

      Cons

      - They took a certificate of yours for probation period they don’t give back if you have to leave the company. Fraud company this is don’t go for your tech growth and financial growers.
