Pros

Lots of PTO, WFH Hybrid schedule, flexibility with taking days off in exchange for working on call/Saturday shift

Cons

Ticket numbers have gotten insane ever since the start of 2022 with low staff to account for this issue. Customers are routinely angry about poor callback times which can be tolling on your mental.

Pros

Mid size company with a small company feel. Great leadership and close, friendly work environment.

Cons

At times employees can be tasked with a workload that is too much with no help from leadership.

Pros

Monthly outings allow bonding with team members. Free snacks in kitchen. Foosball, bubble hockey and ping pong. Internal promotion. Ability for people looking to break into the industry to learn Windows basics. Training ability and knowledge of usage ensures you'll always have someone who knows how to help. Flexible starting time to a certain extent. Location is near I-75 for those with longer commutes.

Cons

Pitiful work-life balance, you are made to feel guilty for leaving when the day is over. Outdated hardware that causes myriad issues for customers and employees alike. Blatant favoritism in certain aspects, people are allowed to get away with things others cannot Product is continually broken and causes high levels of stress for multiple departments, continually believes in outdated backend and database provisioning that has shown the inability to be reliable. Management has an elitist attitude toward other employees, so much so as either dismissing their ideas as "stupid" or taking the good ones without crediting. Certain employees get belittled for using the game room while upper management (including VP) are seen in there a good portion of the day. High turnover rate compared to similarly structured companies Useless HR. Pay is inadequate for the level of stress and hours worked, among other things. Training doesn't apply outside of the company, save for the very basics. Product is fundamentally broken, and team members spend more time putting band-aid fixes and troubleshooting than ensuring a seamless, functional product. Most has to do with the actual coding and product's shortcomings because of Windows platform, ugly UX and overall inefficiencies of the people working on it, the rest has to do with the severely outdated hardware. Prepare to be routinely inundated, the employees that have lasted the longest are ones that are on the management's short list of friends or favorites list.
