I loved my time at NextUp Solutions. The team was very close and would have regular check-ins on a one-to-one basis and as a whole team. The CEO was very involved in the day-to-day operations and always went out of his way to make any of the employees feel listened to. The management here really listened to the feedback of the other employees and would implement the changes suggested. The training team was awesome (huge shout-out to Jen and Danny)! The benefits are great too!

NextUp has a very healthy workplace culture and a great team to back it. The management (including the CEO) is very communicative with the staff and responsive to the feedback from the whole team. They are constantly adapting/growing depending on the needs of the employees and the market. They offer a flexible work environment and don't jump to make any drastic changes until they speak with the team as a whole. The benefits are fantastic- they offer unlimited sick leave and a very generous vacation/holiday schedule. Overall just a great culture and team.
