Pros
You get to work with very cool and rare plants and animals. Customers are fun to talk to. Owners are encouraging if they like you.
Cons
There's no job security, no training of any kind, no job role certainty, lots of micromanaging, passive-aggression, and blaming. There is no documentation of any kind. They will spontaneously fire you whenever they want without any particular reason. Employees are not appreciated, get overworked, underpaid, and work overtime without pay. You also will be most likely working on your day(s) off. Everyone is white and they don't like hiring men. The owners are very back-stabby at any random point in time on any employee including you.
