Pros

NextGenI is a great place to work if you are looking for a company that values culture. Management will listen to your issues and cater to them. You will have lots of trips and events besides work so it balances the fast-paced work life and builds strong relationships among colleges/friends. I have been satisfied with my career development, projects, and team. overall I had great three years and I made lifetime memories by having international(work) and local(northern areas) trips from the company.

Cons

Nothing negative as per my experience.

Pros

My tenure at Next Generation Innovations has significantly shaped where I stand at my career at this stage (after almost 10 years). I was one of the early employees and lucky enough to be a part of this company in my early career. From the very first day I enjoyed the challenges and the kind of project I was exposed to (An animated storybook for a famous hollywood producer) with exactly the right support & autonomy system of understanding the challenges as well as guidance from seniors. We were a small team back then, and working very closely with Farzal as a humble CEO, demonstrating leadership by example. Remember all of us sitting on the floor sharing tandoori roti's and Morsels of Farzal's team building thoughts. :) I was witnessing the growth of NextGeni as a company, from Mashreq Center to Tariq Center to now a huge floor at Dilkusha Forum. From the talks of employee insurances to performance evaluations which have since then been very mature and established by now to full family, maternity and parents coverage (wow), and if it wasn't for my personal circumstances that I had to leave the country, I would still be a part of NextGeni and growing with it, and in a way I still am, as I've constantly been in touch since all those years - not because I made any efforts to but because Farzal has made all the efforts to keep alumni in loop, never experienced this level of acknowledgement, association and belonging with any other company I ever worked with, and that's what makes NextGenI more than just a tech service delivery company, it's a family built with people at the heart of its values.

Cons

Farzal is a perfectionist when it comes to client deliverables, stands on the way and makes sure whatever goes out is quality. He will ask you tough questions and literally rip you apart with his temperament and his solid tech knowledge for any hanky panky attempts. In a way this is good as this shapes you up to learn and deliver better, but not everyone is able to understand this, some people take it personal and start having issues. Besides, the con's that existed in the past are no longer existing that includes medical benefits, more HR facilitation in culture - trips, birthday celebrations etc.

Pros

I've been working at Next Generation Innovations for 9 months now. The ambiance and work environment is at it's best. They provide a lot of learning Opportunities for their employees. Benefits are also great. You can directly communicate with the Higher Management anytime. The best thing is they are really promoting a healthy culture by taking their employees to 6 road trips per year and also offering a week-long trip to Northern Pakistan all-expense paid by the company.

Cons

Not getting mobile devices and wires due to 2X growth for testing.
