      Good salary Management knows how to listen to their employees officemates always willing to help when needed. A lot of room for growth opportunities with-in the company. Flexible time and Work remotely.

      Cons

      Benefits and Perks has a room for improvement. Personal\Sick Days can be improve. Most Canadian companies give 10 sick\personal days.
