No pros. If you are willing to serve a company for free you can join. Enquire indetail before joining. I don't think any good reviews will be there. If you found any good coments it was also a part of a task assigned to employees.
Cons
No salary no growth bad attemosphere CEO will give a lot of promises but none of them will come true. If you are planning to join try to contact any former employee via LinkedIn or anyother means.

Salary issue is there and no career growth is available. Management gives lot of fake promises and nothing happens. A0 ll good employees left company. Good reviews given from management only.
