Unrealistic expectations with extremely tight deadlines that often lead to burnout. Job security is always at risk—projects may be terminated with little notice if the client decides to pull out. The company often hires for roles requiring 7-10 years of experience, but the work could realistically be done by someone with just 1-2 years of experience. While the salary is attractive, the work-life balance is non-existent. This, combined with the pressure and stress, takes a toll on health and overall well-being. Employees are often reprimanded or scolded in meetings and group chats, creating a toxic environment.
