      Established business with a steady and consistent market share

      Cons

      Tons of morons working on staff. Some people get fired right away. Others drag the staff down and leadership isn't firm on it. Antiquated leadership and ideas weigh the company down. Losing opportunities to competitors.

      I guess consistent work & paid weekly, but can get this anywhere.

      Cons

      Received extremely low pay as developer. The pay barely paid for my bills. Work from home is up to the manager. Health benefits sucks. No 401k. No tuition assistance. The tech used is so out-dated. There's no benefits to working here.
