Pros
What it used to be: Take on as many classes as you like 1 paid day off Unpaid leave was pro rated
Cons
They charge you $10 for taking a day off, $20 for additional days, they don't even pay $10 per class. Limit your classes to 8 classes, then penalize you so you end up with no money. No incentives for being a good teacher If you take 2 days leave, you give your classes over to another teacher and when you come back you have no classes, and you have to pick up as they come along. Classes just cancel and they block you from trying to get new classes, so you cannot make money.
