- good in store team - generous discounts

- horrendous management - no one is trained properly, leaving stores with undertrained workers - massive workload given to casual employees - turnover rate, people leaving left right and centre leaving others to pick up the workload of an understaffed store - lack of procedures - zero workplace culture or values
