The core competency of Numeric Technology Corporation is to prey on the vulnerabilities of people, especially immigrants, and exploit them to the fullest extent possible. In my own case, I worked there with no benefits and at a very low pay, which they said was because I was “training”. When asked about when I would become a regular employee they would politely avoid the question. They made me work long hours and were often late to pay. Luckily a friend asked me to check around and I instantly found a job that paid twice as much as I made at NTC. When I turned in my notice, they even tried to talk me out of the new job and work for them for (less than the other offer I had but) more than they were paying me. They said, I was like family and should not mind working for less in a family business. When I refused, they turned sour and nasty and let me go instantly. Even then they were behind on payroll and owed me over a month in pay that I never received after I was let go.

I suggest or my humble request to freshers please don't join in this company if you guys want to learn good work & corporate culture. I found one of the senior employee eating " GUTKHA " in the office premises and regarding that if we inform to HR he doesn't even take any action . And some idiots watches SEMI NUDE pictures in the office system with out working which is the most worst part i have ever seen in that office.Coming to office ambiance, OMG we can't even imagine , No proper pantry and in the lunch time if 4 members are in the pantry then the 5th person should wait for his turn to have his meal and one more thing washrooms, only one wash room for ladies and gents in that also some idiots spits the " GUTKHA ". If we inform to HR again he will just listen like a DOLL and NODES his head that's it . If it comes to the work....If the working hours are like 9:00am - 6:00 pm no matter what even if people comes at 10:30 am they will be more punctual at logout hours exactly 6:00 pm they will logout.Most embracing thing is one of the superiors or some high position member in the office he begs the money from other employee.The salary part was really horrible they always postpone's the salary date .
