      Pros

      Salary and insurance are the only pros there.

      Cons

      - very poor in technical side and use repeated code which violate the SOLID principals - no respect for the employees during working time - business team is managing technical team, there is no opinion for the technical team even if the desision will affect the technical side.

      Pros

      Very Good salaries Work with latest technologies in new projects. They started work in Agile process. Medical insurance received in first month of hiring. Friendly environment among teammates. Great office location on beautiful Nile view. Nice outings organized by company. CEO is generous, decent man and keen on employees comfort.

      Cons

      No business documentation yet. No working from home availability. Car Parking is expensive and very sunny, free, in shade parking about 10 min. walk from office.
