Cons
Leadership team patting each other on the back. No transparency on projects or pipeline. If you’re not a part of the boys club, forget any kind of growth. Mid level managers are not competent, and have it in with senior leadership. No diversity in leadership. One woman exec team and nobody on the executive team is a person of color. Projects are sold aggressively and delivery team is made to pay for the mistakes of the sales team. Delivery team is often overworked and burnt out. Unlimited PTO is not really unlimited and your billable hours and not factored in to your PTO or other holidays. All just talk about work life balance but it doesn’t exist in reality. So glad I got out when I did. Avoid at all costs.
