      Pros

      Flexible work environment, casual atmosphere, good people.

      Cons

      Leadership is non-existent - when owners are involved it's sporadic at best and mostly always critical and condescending. Pay is WELL below market value. No raises because the business is failing.

      Pros

      There is so much that I love about working for this, small family owned, company but the thing I love the most is the incredibly positive atmosphere. The people we work with are amazing and everyone will go out of there way to make you feel like you're apart of the "Neofill Family".

      Cons

      The pay could be better, but all of the Pros of working here will always out weigh this one small con.
