      Pros

      I’ve worked in several different companies, but I’ve never experienced such a positive environment like this. People truly care about your well-being and act in a very professional way. I’m so glad to be part of it.

      Cons

      The company still operates like a startup, so there are processes that need to be defined. However, there is a lot of room to propose and build new processes.
