      You get to work for free, and pretend the work will actually enrich you and your knowledge

      Fake promises, and worst of all late/delayed salaries, and often times uncleared backlogs of salaries

      Growth is Encouraged (As Long As You Stay Small in terms of Experience and Salary)

      - A place to start a career as a fresher - Lots of time to learn new things - Free lunch and nominal snacks

      Cons

      -However it's not a stable place to continue and its a hindrance for growing your career specially for QAs - Salary is below the market standard - They pay the salary of the current month on the 20th of the next month (its written on paper but they usually give the salary much later, not on time 🙂) - Always find an excuse to make a delay in salary disbursement -It might be a decent opportunity for freshers but ultimately they will dominate their employees and try utmost to keep them limited.
