Pros

There are some smart and decent people at native, but it’s too siloed.

Cons

The company culture is the worst I’ve experienced. The sales team are particularly derided. Senior management is run by back channel conversations. I was hired then fired after a busy seasonal trading period, the reasons given were unverified and with no fair warning. Essentially I was hired to fulfil Freshers Fairs and let go before my probation had past. I wouldn’t have minded had we agreed a fixed term contract. The individual who delivered the news is a partial CRO with low EQ and unfortunately little understanding of how the business works. One of the directors was also let go at the same time, and this was also handled poorly.

Pros

Solid work-life balance. Opportunity to work alongside some great people. Great socials.

Cons

Very uncompetitive compensation. Layoffs done in a way that lacks respect. Management treats people in a way that can only be described as nasty, toxic and degrading. Lack of transparency on company performance from higher ups. Decisions made by senior leadership are erratic and not well thought out.

Pros

Good team mates but that’s about it.

Cons

After working in events for a number of years, I have never worked for such an unorganised company. Upper management have little interest in motivating or investing in staff. Culture is non existent and siloed.
