      Basically it's a scam for foreign teachers who just arrived to Madrid and do no know their rights yet. Payments in envelopes"en negro", bad environment, discrimination with some teaches from African nationalities. Pregnant teachers being fired, unpaid extra time, dodgy place avoiding taxes and an Inspection from the Seguridad Social.

      -Friendly and helpful co-workers -Try and place you in your preferred zone

      Cons

      - Disorganized company that does not provide enough materials - Pressure to return to work when on medical leave - 10+ hours of unpaid gaps in timetable each week - Treat workers like they are replaceable - No support with behavioral issues - Constant WhatsApp messages out of working hours (Weekends included)
