Pros
They’re great at hiring good people. The benefits are decent too. Decent work/life balance for most people. It’s a good business idea and has potential.
Cons
They preach that “communicating is key” but the higher ups are really bad about communicating with each other and to everyone else. There’s also lack of structure and a lot of micromanaging. They encourage their people to not be transparent with clients.
