Cons

Lack of transparency and poor communication/leadership Management does seem to listen to tenured employees, and they have a low/non-existent success rate with new hires. It's a revolving door for new sales people despite hiring very solid talent (in my opinion). People that leave have a lot better success elsewhere. It doesn't seem like they're willing or able to put the necessary investment in new territories to empower reps to be successful. They fire people without warning. They also tried to fire me the same day I was planning to put in my two week notice, and they would not tell me why. I suspect they were monitoring my chats because I had told a couple employees I had found a new job that same day. When I asked why they were firing me, my boss just said they are being "purposely vague," and would not offer any further explanation. I had the biggest sale of 2023 and they gave me a raise after achieving 80% quota in my first full year of selling (every other new rep I've seen could not achieve over 20% of quota unless they were a former member success manager being assigned to an established territory that has in-person events. I was not able to go to live events in my territory despite doubling the book of business. It wasn't a level playing field at all. Beware.
